A couple of words about the facility

Warsaw Trade Tower is a 42-story office building standing 208 meters tall, with over 45,000 square meters of office space. The building is located at 51 Chłodna Street in Wola, near the Rondo Daszyńskiego station of the second metro line. In April 2019, the property was added to the Globalworth portfolio. Warsaw Trade Tower houses the headquarters of the insurance company Uniqua, as well as companies like MSD, American Express, Avanssur, Leroy-Merlin, and Mattel. Tenants have access to over 400 parking spaces, cyclist facilities including lockers and showers, and common areas that have mostly been modernized. The tower holds a BREEAM Excellent certification and operates fully on renewable energy sources.

The scope of work included the delivery and installation of 18 cabins made of 10mm graphite HPL LUX system, installed in the cyclist changing rooms. The project was completed in accordance with the requirements of a modern office building, where special attention is given to aesthetics, functionality, and sustainable development.
