The building is located at 51 Chłodna Street in Wola, near the Rondo Daszyńskiego station of the second metro line. In April 2019, the property was added to the Globalworth portfolio. Warsaw Trade Tower houses the headquarters of the insurance company Uniqua, as well as companies like MSD, American Express, Avanssur, Leroy-Merlin, and Mattel. Tenants have access to over 400 parking spaces, cyclist facilities including lockers and showers, and common areas that have mostly been modernized.
